Chaotic work environment, some managers are unexperienced and incompetent and some of them are really toxic. No transparent and consistent salary policy.

Great team & co workers, interesting job, able to travel, fun office atmosphere.

Cons

Well underpaid in comparison to market rate for really any type of consultant. Virtually zero retirement and health benefits.
