The show-runner is notorious for shouting at and mocking the artists, both publicly and privately. He pits employees against each other in competition, rather than cultivate support and collaboration, which severely strains workplace relationships. . Little prospect for career growth. Rarely promoting from within. . Low salaries. And let's not forget their participation in the wage fixing scandal that robbed employees for over a decade. . All their eggs are in Star Wars.
