Pros
Some departments have good, hardworking people. Some innovative groups moves this company.
Cons
Internal frictions abound. Rawlinson's legacy harbors discords between teams. Management hires people who can do the work only temporarily but soon they get burnt out and leave but the turn-n-burn does not cease. Very little stability in demanding workflows. Very little structure and oversight in how workers are treated. Too many "little Caesars" within groups that "rules with a iron hand" does not get far. It's very unfortunate because product / design is still the best in the industry but other manufacturers are catching up. It's probably best if they cash out to Toyota, Honda or Hyundai who can make it work.
