Pros
I had the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge EV technology on real production hardware. The environment was fast-paced and gave me ownership early, which pushed my learning curve a lot. I worked alongside extremely smart, motivated engineers who were generous with their time and feedback. It was especially rewarding to see my work turn into physical parts and tested systems on actual vehicles.
Cons
The pace can be intense, and priorities sometimes shift quickly, which requires constant re-alignment. With such a fast-moving organization, some processes and documentation were still evolving. Cross-team dependencies occasionally created bottlenecks outside my direct control. The workload can be demanding, especially when projects are close to build or test milestones.
