Pros
There are so many great things about working here: - Great Co-workers. They strive to make sure everyone is a good fit for the culture and a hard worker. - Everyone contributes. There is a strong point that everyone's input is valuable. - Good work-life balance. I have never had trouble taking a day off when I needed/ wanted it. - 2 month paid maternity (3 months total), 3 weeks paid paternity - Food. There is always a stocked kitchen. - Annual retreats
Cons
- Still working on defining roles and opportunities for growth. It is in the transition from start-up to company. Definitely improving though. - Everyone is highly qualified, so there is a strong sense of needing to prove yourself.
