Pros

Nice people for the most part Free lunches True-ups Self Serve orders

Cons

Low compensation 5% of AEs are hitting their quotas Territories have way too many AEs and not enough accounts Quotas are based on your annual base salary and range from $800k - $930k Deal Desk is terrible to work with, quotes take 1-2 days to get approved. Orders get processed whenever Deal Desk has the time No clear policies - one person in deal desk calls the shots Claw-backs on all unpaid invoices and downgrade renewals and there is a 90 day look back No home office stipend Zero CSM and ISR support Average order size of $2,500 Teamwork over ego is just a catch phrase, leadership does not care about sales. They care about their own personal agenda No sales autonomy - CFO will auto close deals in order to avoid any potential churn

Pros

- Very strong mentorship program - Very nice people - Some VERY good engineers, PMs, and designers

Cons

- Pay isn't competitive outside of Utah (but hey, at least we're hiring) - Like most other companies at our size, your success and satisfaction largely depend on the team you're on - Sales and product/eng could probably be better aligned to inform product decisions - Like most other SAAS companies, we're investing A LOT into AI. This could bite us in the future (I personally think we're in a bubble, and the consequences of over-investing will be very painful once it bursts)
