Pros
The people are great, and work life balance is solid.
Cons
Not an enterprise ready solution by any means. Average deal size is 2-3k and reps essentially sell on pricing/contract structure. Our suite is a great product but not business critical enough to roll-up to executes/C-Suite folks so that we can sell to strategic company initiatives. The motion here always has been and is very much still PLG - Selling on use-cases to small user groups and/or selling on price/contract structure to IT.
