Toxic operations team - the most unprofessional office I’ve ever worked in. A culture of bullying, lying and manipulating. The only place I’ve ever worked where I felt like a victim - constant criticism and snide remarks with management doing nothing to intervene. Eventually I felt no option but to leave.
