Dress code. Company claims to be influenced by rock and roll but will make you cover tattoos and take out piercings, not allowed to wear shorts or anything that shows your shoulders, must layer clothing. Catty people reading into things that mean nothing. Co-workers constantly "ratting" eachother out to boss for little things, and talking badly of one another. Disrespect and disregard. Not good or competitive pay or treatment of employees for the high-end industry they are trying to be a part of.
