Pros
The quality of the product is goodt. The company is trying to appeal to a more broad customer base. They have been flexable about needing time off if needed.
Cons
What was once a company you felt a part of a family with genuine concern for employees as well as community and environment is now a corporate with nothing on the brain but money at all costs to others and starting to show in its quality of merchandise. They have gone all over the place with styles, merchandising, management, and don't seem to have a clue as to the direction they want to go. They do not reward for hard work, and would much rather bring in someone new without "Lucky know how" than promote from within. The new corporate management wants nothing to do with the old Lucky, including there employees.
