My experience was deeply disappointing and did not align with how the opportunity was presented. The onboarding process lacked basic planning and coordination. I was flown to Arizona for training without being provided the equipment necessary to perform the job. Shortly after, I was sent back home at the last minute to retrieve my laptop. This level of disorganization created avoidable stress and set the tone for the rest of the experience. The benefits package is extremely limited. There is no 401(k) match, and overall the offerings feel bare-bones compared to industry standards for similar roles. When asked to return company property, I was instructed to purchase my own shipping materials and complete the return process on my own unpaid time. After I declined to personally absorb those costs and administrative work, I was ultimately told I could keep the monitor. That interaction was disappointing and felt mismanaged. The role was presented as a Senior Recruiter position, but in practice functioned much more like a staffing role. Expectations and scope did not match the title. Additionally, venue turnover was reportedly below 40%, and leadership acknowledged there were no structured retention strategies in place to address it. Overall, I would not recommend this organization to experienced recruiting professionals seeking strategic impact, operational structure, or strong benefits.
