Higher pay, but extreme hours and no growth opportunities - Operations Manager Lucky Strike Entertainment Employee Review

Pros

Higher base salary than similar jobs

Cons

No cap on maximum hours worked per week, minimum 48 hours a week expectation with absolutely no overtime pay or bonuses. No employer matching with 401(K). No annual raises or raises at all after multiple years. Limited growth opportunities within the company. Corporate pushes several sales competitions and threatens write-ups if not meeting competition expectations, but sets unrealistic expectations and no incentives to meet them. You are constantly villainized by the majority of your customer base that you see every day, over predatory pricing and practices that you do not control.
