Pros

People aside from them nothing.

Cons

You don’t get paid nearly enough for all the work that is expected. GMs no longer run centers they are extremely micromanaged, DMs lead through fear, intimidation and reports to HR are brushed under the carpet. Do not expect to have a life at all you are expected to work 25 plus hours over only 2 days resulting in an unhealthy balance, you get only one meal per day of crappy unhealthy food so if you have food restrictions you are left with door dashing because you have zero home life to cook and bring food. Required weekly meetings that you can’t clock in for so it doesn’t count towards your weekly hours, expected to work the front desk, the bar, the kitchen and still get administrative work done with no admin time.
