Pros

The bowlers and some of the employees.

Cons

General managers can't run their own centers or so they say. District can't hire general managers without approval from regional managers. Too much micro managing or they use that as reasons for decisions so they don't look like the bad guy. Not enough employee benefits. They should not have to pay for bowling and meals should be 50 percent off or free not 25 percent off. Low wage does not warrant high cost of food.
