Cold Call Galore - Sales Representative Lucky Strike Entertainment Employee Review

Pros

They pay for a training week in New York. The pay for flight and hotel.

Cons

Ridiculously high sales goals, so you almost never make commission. (120%of your sales goal will only equal 2.5% and that is the max percentage). Expect you to make cold calls to past clients and businesses, most of which will tell you "It was the worst Birthday/Team Builder experience they ever had" and yell at you to never call back. Expect you to use your personal LinkedIn to solicit, requiring that you post at least once a month but would prefer once a week. No room for growth. Expect to leave the office between 6 and 7 everyday, and you will be required to work Saturdays. I know they say just one a month, but if there is a shortage on sales reps in your office, you will have to work more.
