I worked at Bowlero for nearly 2 years and I have nothing positive to say about this company. The company does not care about its employees, and they do not attempt to hide this fact. There was no clean drinking water on site at any point during my employment. We complained to upper management repeatedly and requested a water cooler or similar to solve the issue. They never did. We were forced to bring our own water from home every single day as there was no other option. The venue and bathrooms were rarely cleaned, and messes would stay in the restrooms (that are also used by customers) for days at a time. There are no perks. Everyone is treated and viewed as a replaceable cog in the wheel. Upper management genuinely does not care enough to even attempt to change the toxic work culture that exists at nearly all of their locations. They shamelessly attempt to market themselves as "high-end" but nothing could be less true. A pig in lipstick is still a pig. The last straw for me was when a senior sales manager looked me in the eye and said "Wow, you're really smart. Your family must be so disappointed in you for working here." I found a new job 3 weeks later and immediately left Bowlmor with zero hesitation and never looked back.
