Working 7+ hours with no breaks at all. The managers get to take breaks but the hourly employees who work on their feet don't. Nowhere to sit down or rest your feet. You get in trouble if you sit down on the job. Crowds can get out of control. It wouldn't be an issue but there is never enough employees to deal with it and the customers will become angry at you because they had to wait.
