Pros

Nothing (1) Nothing (2) Nothing (3) Nothing (4) free soda...

Cons

Brunswick gave two weeks vacation to anyone who worked past their probationary period while bowlmor does not, just salaried managers. Bowlmor removed the "Party Hero" position; responsible for making sure birthday parties held at the center were well taken care of, now each of the former Party Heroes are now "servers" with the responsibility of taking care of at least two parties that can range form eight to triple that in regards to attendance. Events are handled in a similarly inefficient manner where events can "replenish" their food with no documentation in regards to food cost. The company was unable to inform one of my cooks why he could not get health insurance as a full time employee. All in all, as a former Brunswick employee, and a just recently former bowlmor employee, I would suggest seeking better opportunities.
