fear based leadership- every goal or initiative has OR you're fired attached to the end of it
expanding far too quickly for them to actually keep up with running the business well. Every support department was the worst I have seen in my entire career. From HR being WILDLY unprofessional, the AP team not being able to pay a single bill on time and being on hold with almost every vendor, IT could never really fix any problems, had any answers, and were insanely rude,
Payroll never paid employees properly. Including me by not having my final check in hand totally illegal & unprofessional then had to wait 3 days to get paid because it was a holiday! they tried to "pay me in cash" instead of giving me a final check. SKETCHY STAY AWAY!
Worked 6 days every week and was expected to respond even on the 1 day off I had. No work life balance
Micromanagement is an understatement
Lev the COO of the company has no idea what he is doing and surrounds himself with Yes men instead of people that actually have real ideas and the entire upper leadership team follows suit.
Promotions are done politically regardless of their core mission statement saying they "reward ambitious, driven, employees".
