Pros

Decent hourly wage and commission

Cons

If you’re considering working here, I would highly suggest you to seriously evaluate your priorities, especially when it comes to work-life balance. I consistently worked weekends and holidays (even ones like Christmas Eve). It is not actually remote… The company heavily micromanages their employees by requiring you to stay on Teams video calls all day so management can monitor your work day. You need to report something as small as a quick bathroom or water break. The job description and expectations change frequently & usually without clear communication or consideration for how it impacts employees. Management shows little empathy or regard for their employee’s well-being. If you question the changes or express concern, you’re often told something along the lines of “you can leave if you don’t like it”. There is no real opportunity for growth, development, or feeling valued as part of a team. Overall, the culture is unsupportive and draining. Lots of favoritism. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for stability, respect, work life balance, freedom or long-term career development.
