decent PTO under better management Great parent company Parent Company offer a high 401k match direct management cares about their team current wfh, office will most likely go back to FT in office

Cons

Company has gone through many ups and downs lots of layoffs and future unknown Employees are underpaid Heavy workload Yearly reviews are pointless since management does not allow for scores to surpass a 3/5 "merit" based pay increase is only ever 3% for "inflation" Out of state employees have to go into the office FT
