The management in this place is seriously lacking. Some major changes have been going on in the past year or so that have not been employee-minded. Work/life balance is not respected, and they expect employees to come to work no matter how poor the weather is outside. They segregate customer service to one side of the building and RARELY allow them to participate in company functions/gatherings. They make it look like a family atmosphere online, but once you're in the door you see that the family runs the place like blind tyrants and are trying to manage far too many projects at once.
