Pros

Overall a great place to work with some challenges. Pros are: Supportive leadership team in HEOR Great colleagues to work with, friendly, supportive etc Opportunities to work with/learn from experts Recent leadership/management training a brilliant addition Responsive and knowledgeable 'support' teams People are recognised for their efforts

Cons

Lack of clarity on career path/progression Benefits could be better, lack of clarity on when things will improve Line manager is supportive but doesn't prioritise my development - as a former manager, I see training might be needed - it's a con but not a lack of willingness

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
