Pros

Employee life insurance and parental health insurance- These are some additional employee benefits extended by Lumanity for the well-being and support of their employees and their families! Needless to say that Lumanity provided a great work environment and supports it employees to deliver high quality work to it's clients, thus optimizing access to medical advances.

Cons

Work can have a wider outlook with diversification of capabilities across teams.

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
