Regarding the Winter Shutdown, we are pleased to confirm that the week between Christmas and New Year continues as a valued tradition at Lumanity, ensuring all our employees have time to recharge together. In terms of 401k Adjustments, we understand the concerns raised. While there has been much harmonization due to mergers, we've ensured these are balanced with substantial improvements in core benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage. Additionally, in 2024, there will be a substantial cut in our medical insurance premiums by $240 across all coverage levels, along with an increase in HSA Lumanity funding. Plus, Teledoc visits are now copay-free on selected plans, ensuring easier access to healthcare. Our parental leave has been extended to support family growth, alongside new fertility coverage and up to $10,000 for Adoption & Surrogacy Assistance. For Dental and Vision, we've secured stable rates and partnered with the leading dental provider in the US, enhancing our vision plan with an increased frame allowance. Additionally, we have introduced eight new offerings, including gym reimbursements and wellness rewards, designed to support your overall health and wellness.
