Pros

Terrific teammates, made challenges easier to overcome.

Cons

Clarion throws you into the deep end with minimal support, expecting you to learn by osmosis while drowning in client deliverable. Career development? More like a self-serve buffet with nothing but empty platitudes and promises.

Firstly, thank you for the candid feedback. We are thrilled you had terrific teammates who helped you overcome challenges. Building a supportive, collaborative culture is one of our top priorities. We're sorry to hear that your onboarding and training experience did not meet your expectations. Providing proper guidance and support to new team members is very important to us. Your advice about analyzing our onboarding program and assigning mentors is well-taken. We will be reviewing our processes to see how we can better set up new hires for success from day one. We are committed to continuously improving based on input from valued former employees like yourself. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors. Molly Dunifon Head of Talent

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
