Pros

The option to work remotely was what attracted me to this employer. I might not have joined this workplace otherwie.

Cons

You will not like the work ambiance here. The work pressure is high, so everyone is always streessed and exhausted. There is no trust among employees or management, so everyone blames others for their mistakes. This approach was awful and created as toxic ambiance. Avoid it if you can.

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
