Pros

The Lumanity water bottles are great. I still use mine despite hating the company.

Cons

Terrible management, favouritism, micro-management, intimidation, awful HR.

Thank you for acknowledging the positives, and for sharing your candid concerns. We are deeply disappointed about your experience. Leadership takes feedback about favoritism, micromanagement, and accountability seriously. Assessing teams and leaders fairly—not based on bias—is critical, and we are reinforcing this priority. If you’re open to it, we’d welcome a direct conversation (anonymous or otherwise) to better understand your perspective and improve. Thank you for pushing us to do better. Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
