Pros

Allows for remote working and flexible working (10-4 core hours)

Cons

Everyone who was boosting the company culture has left The leadership doesn't seem to take mental health of employees seriously Very corporate with no clear values (not ones that mean anything to the staff) No culture, no comraderie among colleagues The agency is struggling to get business but pressure on maintaining decent utilisation rates is high Complex processes and too many changes. Everyone is tired of the constant change after acquisition Fear of redundancies, after multiple redundancies last year Limited growth and progression opportunities

Pros

don't recommend Lumanity to anyone

Cons

The onboarding and training process did not meet my expectations. I was told during the hiring process that I would receive structured training, but in practice this never materialized. Although there was a training plan available, it was not actively followed or prioritized by my manager. From my first week, I was assigned to multiple client projects with minimal guidance and was expected to learn independently while meeting demanding deadlines. The workload was often very heavy, with several concurrent projects and, at times, multiple deliverables due on the same day. For someone new to the company and medical communications, this created a steep learning curve and made the transition unnecessarily challenging. In my experience, work-life balance was poor. Tight deadlines and high workloads frequently resulted in long working days, and it was common to see colleagues working from early morning until late at night, particularly during busy periods. The pace of work often felt unsustainable.
