Culture is Toxic, Management has Favoritism - Enrollment Specialist Lumata Health Employee Review

I worked at Lumata Health for about three weeks, and my experience raised serious concerns about how the company operates. The training process was extremely rushed and unrealistic. There was a large amount of material that clearly required significantly more time to properly learn, yet employees were expected to fully understand it within a very short timeframe. During my time there, I personally witnessed multiple employees being let go within just a few weeks, including myself. This created a very unstable environment where it felt like employees were not being given a fair opportunity to succeed before being evaluated or dismissed. Management communication was often inconsistent and, at times, unprofessional. Expectations were not always clearly outlined, and feedback did not consistently feel constructive or supportive. Instead of developing employees, the environment felt overly critical and high-pressure from the start. Overall, the company appears to have significant issues with onboarding, training structure, and employee retention. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise job seekers to ask detailed questions about training expectations, performance timelines, and turnover before accepting a role. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to those looking for a stable or supportive work environment.
