- barely any time to breathe after calls - more workloads from other departments dropping

Work from home is only pro

Cons

So many issues. No raises. Layoffs everywhere. When those happen you have to do extra work (no additional pay) Toxic culture Leaders are DINOSAURS who should be cut. C suite delusional on growth expectations Run away from this place and don’t ruin your career.
