Too much change too fast. Changing so fast it can't be changed right, and they want to change all the things right now, with plenty of things missed, and unreasonable timelines. The expectation is to complete it regardless. Processes are constantly changing and people can't remember how or what to do. Do more with less and the stop lists are a joke. Nothing gets stopped they just lay people off or not back fill and expect the same work of the people that are left.
