      Pros

      Flexible work schedule and friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      New upper management has shown why they were a small company with cash sitting around and not a world class Telecommunications company expanding and leveraging the talent and technologies it has available. The company will soon lose the expertise and knowledge of how to run a nationwide network because of the small market mentality it continues to believe is an asset.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
