Pros
The only pros are the leftovers of Legacy Qwest in EMG. Legacy Qwest was a semi-flat organization where employees were given some respect and had decent salaries and bonuses.
Cons
There are too many to list, but here are some key issues: Bonuses for legacy Qwest employees were cut post-merger Salaries for legacy Qwest employees are expected to decrease in 2013 so they can match the lower legacy CenturyLink salaries The relationships between the EMG and RMG groups is a political battlefield During a recent re-organization, employees were moved to different groups without an ability to express dissent; I was happy with my previous managers and was moved under a manager who actively holds a vendetta against my previous business unit
