- Benefits have risen considerably over past couple of years - Pay seems to be below industry standard - Most jobs are being transported down the HQ in Monroe, LA. This place is not a good location, facility is nice but the CTL HQ is the ONLY thing going for the area. - Current promotions are now capped. If you are in a job making 50k a year and get a Director level job they are not paying director level money instead only giving a 10% increase overall
