Pros

Good 401k match I have to have 20 words so I am writing this but this company is literally the worst company on the planet

Cons

Mail order prescription service A horrible health plan Horrible solutions engineer Terrible customer service They delay and fail to pay commission on time if ever Even the commission experts do not understand the compensation plan I was literally taken for thousands (over 100) in commission Very small stipend for cellular phone Micromanage employees Move accounts around multiple times a year even if working on sales Very back office not a sales oriented company Fail to implement even the simplest solutions such as plain old telephone service or dsl Lazy employees Not a competitive base salary Commodity product Terrible management and change out leadership annually Do not customize and work on true customer solutions just try and fit every customer into their solutions Will screw up analyzing out of the box Worked at the company over a decade and did not pay me out vacation salary or commission after I gave 2 weeks notice

Pros

- Benefits are great, medical coverages are great and there are a few plans to choose from that makes sense for you. Prescription coverage has changed a bit over the years and declined a bit but still within reasonable expectations. The additional perks and benefit services are great, lots of savings and reimbursement options. - teams are great and collaboration is necessary, but easy when you work with great people

Cons

- stability is a large concern for most of the population, as with any transformation and AI focused company there is a gap in the value of people vs. the value of time and money. It never used to be this way.
