Pros

If you are favored enough by management, you'll do well. They'll throw you a bone, make sure you're visible at recognition meetings and team lunches are a perk. Good benefits and PTO.

Cons

You will work with a very angry client base who mostly hate CL but are trapped by the long term contracts. The order funnel process is disconnected and you will get frustrated having the resell what has already been sold to angry clients. There really is no people culture there and EVERYONE, no matter how good you are, is disposable. I've had signed deals crash due to a fallible order process. If you care about your personal brand, you might want to consider employment elsewhere. Management CAN and WILL set you up for failure if you are not a good culture fit. The turnover rates are high. New reps out of training are on their own to figure out a way through the complex learning curve and fellow reps will not help the unpopular ones. If you're ability to do well at CL is blocked by a myriad of sources, you will die a slow and painful psychological slow death. It is impossible to navigate through their process and function at an optimal level in the work place. Management doesn't care and will assist in your demise if you cannot swim against the impossible currents to get your numbers upstream.

Pros

Medical Benefits are very good. Not a lot of micromanagement unless your leader doesnt understand the resources to pull this info. AI is highly encouraged, not required... which is a nice balance.

Cons

Random layoffs every couple months. Kate Johnson doesn't understand the importance of credibility in this space. Q1 customer meetings are majority introduction meetings due to constant account realignment. Leadership pretends to believe they know these are large enterprise accounts, but their actions reflect a transactional sales approach.
