Deductible isn't bad with medical insurance, paid holidays off....nothing more

Cons

If you want to move up, you better be a man or a woman with a good connect. The systems are old and outdated. When it comes to management, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing. They did not give raises this year, brought level 3 and all raises out the window. Currently on a hiring freeze, the incentives use to be amazing. Now they barely have money for microwaves. They do not care about the employees anymore. They hire outsiders and pay them more than the agents that bust their azz each day. They will make you take on roles from different departments and not increase your pay ..if you're desperate apply here!

Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

Pros

Medical Benefits are very good. Not a lot of micromanagement unless your leader doesnt understand the resources to pull this info. AI is highly encouraged, not required... which is a nice balance.

Cons

Random layoffs every couple months. Kate Johnson doesn't understand the importance of credibility in this space. Q1 customer meetings are majority introduction meetings due to constant account realignment. Leadership pretends to believe they know these are large enterprise accounts, but their actions reflect a transactional sales approach.
