Completely incompetent and non technical leads and managers who are actually creating hindrances in the productivity of a team and good resources rather than adding any value for the organization especially in the testing team in Bangalore center. You will work for the onshore team but will get ratings and appraisals from your offshore leads and managers who have no idea whats going in the project and is completely based on bootlicking. I have worked under leads with 10-15 years of experience handling a team of 20+ testers who can't even write a Select SQL query. The only motive of them is to save their position as long as they can and loot the company and they can go to any level in doing that. They are on a constant look out to steal your credit and portray the higher management that its their hard work rather than yours and if you resist they will gang up and make your every single day miserable in the company. So if you are a person with all the zeal and motivation to learn something and passionate and loyal about your work, this company is not for you.
