Current executive leadership team is not willing to take a step back and acknowledge that what they are doing isn't working. Middle management leadership is afraid of executive leadership and will not voice their ideas or suggestions. Employees on the ground are trying to manage up as the strategies that have been implemented are not effective, and their jobs are the jobs that are being impacted.
