Pros
Most coworkers are good people. Money is ok until you realize they stopped giving raises and increase quotas so you actually take pay cuts.
Cons
Quota increases by double digits annually and isn't offset with a salary increase even if you continually generate more revenue. Leadership took large sums of cash just before announcing raises were stopping. No career path for most. Promotions for legacy CenturyLink people in non Qwest territories are non existent. 401K match is poor. Healthcare cost is higher than other companies you can work for. Employees tend to be viewed in a plug n play manner. 9 block ratings are old school. They once said people preferred recognition to money. Huh? They find unethical ways to delay or not pay commissions. Probably hoping you'll give up and just accept it.
