This place is focused more on sales then the actual customer support side of the business. They want you to push sales down the customers throats, and they don’t care what their situation is. So people can be behind on bills, pissed off, fixed income, WHATEVER and you still have to sale. It’s really uncomfortable to push customers off the phone and not really resolve their issues. It’s really stressful to have back to back calls for a 9 hour shift and a majority of those calls you are being yelled at or told how much this company sucks. They are under staffed so expect to be there after closing. They don’t have enough support help so you can ask a question and get a vague af answer. Then not hear anything back for 10 or more mins. But then be yelled at for being on a call for 15 mins. This place is a joke.
