Pros

Organization represents as a Cloud and hosting competitor and have the formula to compete with direction and new leadership.

Cons

Replace the top heavy salaries of the ones who are leading this mess!!! However, the structure and organizational clear lines of business is muddy and non-existent. They should have been well past the acquisition pains of purchasing Savvis and they are not. The are preparing to expend current staff and are not communicating nor taking care of the current employees that took them to the level they've risen to over the years. Take care of the employees that built your organization. Stop low balling them on pay and not giving opportunities to current employees that have earned the position; this is very discerning. HR, Marketing and Branding (non-existent) Sourcing (inexperienced and non-effective) and Sales teams are stuck without a game plan and are continuing the same mistakes in order to hold on to their jobs! You sit back and continue with a non existent strategy while your competitors take the market. Treat your employees with respect and stop back biting!

Pros

Medical Benefits are very good. Not a lot of micromanagement unless your leader doesnt understand the resources to pull this info. AI is highly encouraged, not required... which is a nice balance.

Cons

Random layoffs every couple months. Kate Johnson doesn't understand the importance of credibility in this space. Q1 customer meetings are majority introduction meetings due to constant account realignment. Leadership pretends to believe they know these are large enterprise accounts, but their actions reflect a transactional sales approach.
