The pay is okay when you first start but they do not give yearly raises.
Cons
- Unrealistic quotas - micromanagement - constant layoffs - nepotism and favoritism - no room for growth -terrible health benefits -constant changes and disengaged ecosystem - clients are highly dissatisfied - you are a number, they do not care about you as an employee and will contact you during your off hours or vacation time.
