Pros

Excellent benefits: healthcare, dental, 401k & free life insurance Decent pay plus commission for sales roles Growth opportunities for outstanding performers Culture is inclusive and promotes diversity Remote work environment, Lumen provides equipment

Cons

Extremely high metrics on which most bonus pay is based Inadequate training (4 weeks of training had replaced 6 weeks training in July 2022) Constant issues with the equipment Lumen provided: lost connection to VPN everyday at least once, and I was hard wired in with an excellent signal... web cam would come on (I think Lumen monitors remote workers through web cam) Leads are old and cold. Literally had to trace the fiber optic cable through Google maps, find small businesses close enough to connect, and then win them over and qualify them.

Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

Cons

Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

Pros

- Benefits are great, medical coverages are great and there are a few plans to choose from that makes sense for you. Prescription coverage has changed a bit over the years and declined a bit but still within reasonable expectations. The additional perks and benefit services are great, lots of savings and reimbursement options. - teams are great and collaboration is necessary, but easy when you work with great people

Cons

- stability is a large concern for most of the population, as with any transformation and AI focused company there is a gap in the value of people vs. the value of time and money. It never used to be this way.
