Pros

Work from home, paid for some grad school, and great ERGs.

Cons

During my 3 years, I went through 6 managers and not one of them were decent. Not a single one added value to my career or attempted to assist in my career development. They only cared about themselves and were insecure so if you spoke up or challenged them, you were a target. So essentially, it was a cult. New CEO and senior leadership are not impressive whatsoever. She made everyone read a Brene Brown book which was completely worthless, as part of her transformation. Rather than use an actual, proven, transformation method, we read a book about being vulnerable. Sounds like she wants things done well, cheap, and fast, which never works out.

Pros

Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

Pros

- Benefits are great, medical coverages are great and there are a few plans to choose from that makes sense for you. Prescription coverage has changed a bit over the years and declined a bit but still within reasonable expectations. The additional perks and benefit services are great, lots of savings and reimbursement options. - teams are great and collaboration is necessary, but easy when you work with great people

Cons

- stability is a large concern for most of the population, as with any transformation and AI focused company there is a gap in the value of people vs. the value of time and money. It never used to be this way.
