Poor Leadership direction with heavy focus on nepotism focused hiring and promotion practices. Career Development does not have a clear course to move forward in your career. When asked what individual contributors can do progress their careers, leadership will deflect the question. Training is archaic and meant to keep people from being able to be spring their career forward to other competing companies. Their training consists of being button pushers, not problem solvers. This creates a poor work environment where the customer suffers and the individual contributor suffers.
