fully remote, management has their cliques, not a lot of constructive feedback, been left hanging on calls with customers a lot because management isn't always responsive (embarrassing for customer), they are still trying to get out of the black cloud from stealing money from customers, if they don't like you then they can put in a que that offers no sales opportunity, if they want you gone it seems like they'll move to retention and not provide any training therefore hurting your comp, hard to take pto, a lot of times you get mocked in the teams chat or they will send employees to spy on you at your home location.
