Directors and VPs seem more concerned with politics than doing the right thing for employees and customers. They sing kumbaya in front of everyone and in the background, continue to support broken processes and political maneuvering to keep SLT happy. Someone has to take accountability for stopping broken processes that impact customers. including employee retention. I went to a competitor because an internal promotion was too slow. Meanwhile, watching the company promote many to VPs and Directors left and right is very demoralizing. Rank and file should be financially invented without making it a monumental task for approval.
