      Pros

      Qwest has great management. Management has a "hands off" approach but at the same time make themselves available. People are very friendly and welcoming.

      Cons

      One downside is that we had to report to the office everyday. Other than that, I can't think of anything else.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
